No return claim will entertained without opening video since all the our products undergo a thorough quality check before we dispatch ensuring good quality for our customers. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Customized products and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Return is possible only in case of defective and incorrect products sent, although exchange is possible. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless product is defected or incorrect.
